Mgr. Vendula Ostrá

Vendula has devoted her career to people, their potential and strategic HR that serves a real purpose. At GE Money Bank and later Deloitte, she was a key HR business partner to senior management, connecting business needs with employee development and keeping HR processes running effectively.

As HR Director at Hello Bank! (BNP Paribas) and a manager at Provident Financial, she led HR teams. She was responsible for international projects that improved company culture, simplified structures and increased team effectiveness.

Alongside core HR, financial planning and organisational design, she has recently worked in quality management and governance, including GDPR and ISO certification. This allows her to connect the human side of a business with its legal obligations and process management.

For Vendula, the priority is work that makes a real difference and benefits both people and the business. She enjoys listening, seeing how things connect and finding ways to move people and projects forward. She has a gift for simplifying things and creating an environment where others can grow professionally and personally.

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague. When she is not advising businesses on HR, she facilitates workshops and volunteers. Her greatest joy is her young daughter. She speaks fluent Czech and English.
