When you browse this website

Pages, fonts and photographs are served from our hosting. The website has no user accounts or enquiry forms that store submissions. To keep the service running and investigate errors, the server may record your IP address, the time and the requested path. We normally retain these error logs for no longer than 15 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

Optional visitor statistics

Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We measure page visits and clicks on phone and email links to improve the website. Consent is voluntary and is the legal basis for this measurement. Rejecting it does not affect the website's functionality.

Measurement includes a browser identifier, technical device information, the page visited and the time of interactions. We do not send message contents, phone numbers, email addresses, or unknown URL parameters and fragments. From campaign tags (UTM), we pass only approved source, medium, campaign and link-variant names. These must not contain names or contact details. If you reject analytics, UTM tags are not used for measurement. Clicking a contact link does not confirm that an enquiry has been sent. Google Signals and automatic form measurement are disabled. Ad personalisation remains disabled without separate marketing consent.

• ask-consent-v2 in your browser's local storage: remembers your choice for 6 months; marketing remains disabled. It is necessary to respect your choice.
• ask-consent-veto-v2: an essential fallback record of rejection, used only if the browser does not allow us to save your choice normally; retained for no longer than 6 months.
• ask-campaign-v1 in session storage: approved campaign tags, only after analytics consent, for no longer than 30 minutes and until the tab is closed.
• _ga and _ga_TNT5107X0E: analytics cookies used to distinguish visits and sessions, only with consent, with a maximum lifetime of 180 days.

Detailed event retention in Analytics is set to 2 months. Aggregate statistics may remain available for longer. Magic Factory s.r.o. provides technical administration of the website and analytics; the website is hosted on a FORPSI VPS. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area when providing the service, under its data processing terms and international transfer mechanisms. Marketing cookies

We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce them for future ASK advertising, we will request new, separate consent and provide information about their use.

How to change your choice

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. You can reject optional statistics cookies at any time. We will remove accessible cookies in the relevant category on our website and stop further collection for that category. Our website cannot remove cookies on Google domains; you can manage those in your browser or Google account settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent. Analytics and marketing do not run without JavaScript. We ask for a new choice when introducing a new purpose; previous analytics consent does not authorise marketing.

When you contact us

Phone and email links open your own application. The website itself does not send or store messages. We use information you subsequently provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work together. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps towards a contract or our legitimate interest in responding. We retain it while handling your request and, if we start working together, in accordance with the relevant contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not use analytics to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
