Ing. Marcela Tylšová

Marcela has worked in financial controlling for more than 25 years. Her career has taken her through logistics at GEFCO, VLCZ and DHL, energy at ČEZ, education at Duhovka Group, and advertising and marketing at Scholz & Friends.

This has taught her that every sector has its own rules, but sound financial management works the same way everywhere: you need to know where money comes from, where it goes and what to do about it.

She has worked in large multinational corporations and smaller businesses, so she understands both worlds: the demands of precise corporate reporting and the need for a simple, quick overview in a smaller company.

Her aim is not to do the numbers for clients. She wants them to understand their figures, use them independently and spot risks and opportunities in time. She works particularly well with owners, directors and managers of businesses that need experienced financial support but not a full-time controller.

Outside work, she enjoys time with family and friends, in the mountains and in the woods. She graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business and speaks Czech and English.
